Jannet is the clock-in app for contractors and their subcontractors. Each worker clocks in from their phone on arrival at the job site and GPS confirms they're there. You see live who is on each job site, get an alert when people are missing, and pull the hours report to pay each sub in seconds.

Privacy by design
It only measures time inside the job site
Each job site has a work area drawn on the map. Jannet reads location only inside that area and only while the shift is open. Outside the job site there is no tracking: not at home, not on the road, not on another job.
- Inside the area with the shift open: time counts.
- Leaves the area: the clock stops on its own.
- Outside the job site or the shift: location is not read.
- The worker can leave a job site at any time from the app. Jannet stops measuring there right away, and rejoining that job site needs the contractor's approval again.

How it works
- 01The contractor creates the job site, draws its work area and sets the days, hours and headcount.
- 02The subcontractor scans the job site's QR code and the contractor approves them. No QR? A one-person link that expires in 1 hour.
- 03The worker clocks in, takes breaks and clocks out inside the work area. GPS confirms they are on site and, if the job site asks for it, the app takes a selfie.
- 04The contractor sees live who is on each job site against the headcount, with alerts for missing people, early leave and new or lost phones.
- 05Hours report by job site and by person, with a CSV ready to pay each subcontractor.

FAQ
- Does Jannet track location outside the job site?
- No. It only reads location inside the job site's work area while the shift is open. Outside the job site, or after the shift, nothing is tracked.
- What does the contractor see?
- Each worker's name, punches, hours and, if the job site requires them, selfies, plus their location only inside the job site during the shift. Never their email or where they are outside the job site.
- Can a worker leave a job site?
- Yes, any time from the app. Jannet stops measuring there right away. To rejoin that job site, the contractor has to approve them again.
- Do my subcontractors need an account?
- They sign in with their Google or Apple account. No new passwords, and they never pay.
- What happens to the selfies?
- They are optional per job site and deleted after 30 days.
- Does it work on iPhone?
- Android first; iPhone is on the way.
- What if a worker works for two contractors?
- They can join job sites from several contractors and switch with one tap. Each contractor only sees its own job sites.
