Delete your Jannet account
You can delete your account in two ways:
From the app: More > Delete my account. Confirm and you are done.
By email: write to hello@solveitcompany.com from your Google or Apple account email with the subject "Delete my Jannet account". We confirm within 5 business days.
What is deleted
Your account, your registered phones, your selfies, your notes and your Quick Access data, within 30 days at most.
What is kept
The punches and hours the contractor needs as payment records are kept without your name or email, as labor law requires of employers.
If you only want to leave one job site
No need to delete your account: leave that job site from the app. Jannet stops measuring there right away; to rejoin you need the contractor's approval again. Your other job sites and your account stay as they are.
